Réglement concernant l'envoi de votre commande
L'emballage de l’œuvre est réalisé par l’artiste ou par Nightime Gallery en fonction de sa provenance, qui est soit de l'atelier de l'artiste soit de la galerie, afin de garantir une protection optimale de l’œuvre pour l'acheminement.
Pour chaque œuvre commandée, nous sélectionnons le transporteur le plus adapté à la typologie d’œuvre, avec le souci permanent d’optimiser la protection de l’œuvre pendant toute la durée du transport.
Chaque transport fait l’objet d’un suivi de commande et possède un numéro de commande. Le colis est assuré à hauteur de la valeur marchande.
Les frais de transport sont transmis à l’acheteur pour tous les transports particuliers et au forfait pour les éditions.
Nos colis vous sont remis en mains propres, contre signature, la majorité du temps.
Si vous êtes absent à la livraison, un avis de passage vous permettra d’aller récupérer le colis à la Poste ou dans le relais partenaire le plus proche de chez vous, selon le transporteur.
Malgré toutes les précautions prises par les artistes et notre équipe pour assurer la protection des œuvres tout au long de la livraison, il est possible que le colis arrive endommagé.
A la réception du colis, prenez le temps de vérifier son état en présence du livreur.
Si vous constatez que l'emballage est abîmé, nous vous invitons à l'indiquer sur le bon de livraison voire même à refuser le colis selon son état.
Prenez des photos, elles nous aideront à appuyer la réclamation auprès du transporteur.
Vous avez 48h pour nous prévenir!
N'hésitez pas ensuite à nous faire part de la situation via contact@nightimegallery.com, nous étudierons chaque problème au cas pas cas et vous proposerons une solution.
Vous disposez d’un délai de 14 jours dès réception de votre commande pour nous retourner l’œuvre, sans avoir à justifier de motifs ni à payer de pénalités. Le prix de l'œuvre achetée vous sera remboursé intégralement une fois que la galerie nous aura notifié de la bonne réception de l’œuvre.
L'œuvre doit être retournée en parfaite condition et dans son emballage original (ou un emballage équivalent). Pour utiliser votre droit de rétraction, vous devez envoyer un email à l'adresse suivante : contact@nightimegallery.com

The packaging of the work or the set of works is made by the artist or by Nightime Gallery according to its origin, which is either from the artist's studio or from the gallery, in order to guarantee an optimal protection of the work for the transport.
For each work ordered, we select the most suitable carrier for the type of work, with the constant concern to optimize the protection of the work during the entire transport.
Each transport is monitored and insured up to the value of the work.
The transport costs are passed on to the buyer for all the particular transports and at the fixed price for the prints.
Our packages are delivered to you personally, against signature.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, a notice of passage will enable you to recover the parcel at the Post office or in the relay partner nearest to you, according to the conveyor.
Despite all the precautions taken by the artists and our team to ensure the protection of the works throughout the delivery, it is possible that the package arrives damaged.
Upon receipt of the package, take the time to check its condition in the presence of the delivery person.
If you notice that the packaging is damaged, we invite you to indicate it on the delivery note or even to refuse the package depending on its condition. Take pictures, they will help us to support the claim with the carrier.
Do not hesitate to inform us of the situation via contact@nightimegallery.com, we will study each problem case by case and will propose a solution.
You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to return the work, without having to justify your reasons or pay penalties. The price of the work purchased will be refunded in full once the gallery has notified us of the successful receipt of the work.
The work must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging (or equivalent). To use your right of withdrawal, you must send an email to the following address: contact@nightimegallery.com
